Duplicate and coordinated content

Near-identical reviews posted across several companies, and repeated posts from one author, are removed as coordinated or template content.

Removal criteria

• Contains contact details or solicitation
• Promotes recovery, chargeback or hacking services
• Is duplicated or template-generated
• Is abusive, illegal or unrelated to the company

Company disputes

Companies can dispute individual reviews through the contact page. Disputed reviews are re-checked against these criteria; confirmed breaches are removed and the score recalculated.
