Review guidelines

Reviews on Top Markets must describe a genuine, first-hand experience with the company being reviewed.

Not allowed

• Fund-recovery, chargeback or hacking-service promotions
• Contact details such as email addresses, phone numbers or messaging handles
• Fake, incentivised or competitor-sabotage reviews
• Duplicate or near-identical reviews posted across multiple companies
• Offensive, illegal or off-topic content

Reviewer identity

Reviewer email addresses are never displayed publicly. Reviews appear under a display name only.

Editing and removal

Reviews that breach these guidelines are removed, and the affected company score is recalculated. Authors may update or request deletion of their own reviews.

Reporting

Suspected fake or abusive reviews can be reported through the contact page.
